Invite Dr. Joyce Choe to speak on the topics of emotional health, Christian living, leaky gut, autoimmune disease, plant-based health, and natural remedies. She also collaborates with Mercy Ballard to provide weekend seminars and food demonstrations. There are very few health professionals who can bring these subjects together in as simple and enjoyable a format as they do and we have found that their programs are extremely well attended and received.
