Kitchen Tools I Find Helpful
It can be really daunting to think about changing your lifestyle. Switching to a plant-based lifestyle is challenging enough, but a whole food plant-based lifestyle can look quite different than just being plant-based. For those of us with chronic illness, we recommend that for optimal health that you soak and sprout your high lectin foods, you avoid glyphosate and GMO foods, and you prepare your own foods. Because really, is a restaurant going to be doing all of that for you? To make it a bit easier, I have made a few videos to share some kitchen tools that make it all a little less daunting.
